The Pyro Shark is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It replaces the Pyro's head with a slightly-scarred, dark gray shark head with a white underside. The head shows a dorsal fin, a pair of gills, and some sharp, shark-like teeth.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Pyro Shark was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The item's name refers to the playstyle of a Pyroshark, in which a Pyro hides with the Neon Annihilator in water and attacks enemies that enter it.
