The Straight Shooter Tutor is a community-created special taunt for the Sniper.
When activated through the taunts menu, a wooden sign with a printed target dummy on it appears to the left of the Sniper; he then takes out a marker and a sheet of paper from his vest, writes "AIM HERE" with an arrow pointing up on it, and attaches it to the dummy, with the arrow pointing at its head. The Sniper then taps the dummy's head while saying a line before pushing the sign forward and knocking it onto the ground.
The Straight Shooter Tutor was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
