Any other player, regardless of team or if they own the taunt, can join the player who began the "conga" by standing close to them, and pressing the action button. Other players will see an icon above the initiator's head which indicates if the taunt is active. Unlike other taunts, the Conga can be spread throughout the players on a server, and is not limited to two people.

Fix your grip and grab some hips, maggots! Your hands are two tickets to a Latin dance adventure!
— "'Love and War Day 1 Preview - Conga Blurb"'

The "Conga" is an action item for all classes.

To be able to initiate the taunt, you must first place it into one of eight slots in the Taunt loadout; this can be done by accessing the Loadout menu, and clicking on the Taunt button below the character model. Once in game, press the action button, followed by the number in correspondence to the slot you placed the taunt in.

When the player presses the action button, the character will begin to slowly move forward while dancing the "conga"; this is accompanied by a light, repeated drum beat in the background. If playing as a Scout, he will also clap his hands above his head periodically. The player can rotate their character by pressing the move keys. This taunt will continue to repeat itself until the character is killed, or by pressing the action button to stop.

Any other player, regardless of team or if they own the taunt, can join any player who is in the "conga" by standing close to them, and pressing the action button. Other players will see an icon above the dancer's head which indicates if the taunt is active. Unlike other taunts, the Conga can be spread throughout the players on a server, and is not limited to two people.
