The Sky Captain is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It adds a gold aviator's badge (a circle with wings) to the left breast of the Spy's suit, three gold bars to his sleeves, and folds the left side of his suit over the right side, which is held in place by four gold buttons. Its design is similar to a style common with commercial airline pilots.
The Sky Captain was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The item's name is a reference to the 2004 film Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow and its eponymous main character.
- The insignia and number of stripes on an airline pilot's uniform pertains to his rank; in the Sky Captain's case, it is actually a First Officer's uniform, as a Captain's uniform would have four stripes and an insignia showing wings with a star enclosed in a laurel wreath.
