La Tough Break Update est une mise à jour majeure ajoutée lors de la saison Smissmas 2015.

La mise à jour introduit 4 nouvelles collection d'armes, 4 nouvelles cartes communautaire, et 3 nouvelles railleries. Elle ajoute aussi la Tough Break Campaign, un contrat de trois mois qui permet aux joueurs de compléter 26 défis basés sur la technique pour débloquer des armes one-of-a-kind et des caisses d'armes exclusives et d'objets cosmétiques. Pour participer à la Tough Break Campaign, les joueurs doivent acheter le Pass de la Campagne Touch Break.

Du contenu additionnel à été ajouté lors du Patch du 22 décembre 2015, introduisant le Gun Mettle and Tough Break Festivizer.
