Halloween Boss voice responses

Voice Responses are contextually triggered lines that play after a player or character has achieved something, for instance killing enemies. Previous Halloween updates have released several Halloween Bosses/characters: the Horseless Headless Horsemann, MONOCULUS, Merasmus, Bombinomicon, and the Mann Brothers Redmond and Blutarch.
