Bugs

  • The Razorback sometimes does not regenerate properly, even if the recharge bar is full.
  • Dead players can be pinned to broken Razorback gibs by arrows. For example, if a Sniper is killed by the Huntsman quickly after having his Razorback broken, he will be pinned to where the gibs are at the time and end up dangling in midair.
  • The Razorback doesn't appear in the Loadout menu.
  • The Razorback doesn't appear when inspected from the Backpack menu.

Trivia

  • The Razorback resembles a mid-20th Century Queensland Rainforest tribal shield.[1]
  • The notable scar on the shield is from the Spy's unsuccessful backstab attempt on the Sniper vs. Spy update page.[2]
  • The Razorback was teased in Meet the Spy, its name displayed on a white box depicting a pig, and labeled "urgent".
  • A Razorback is a type of wild boar commonly found in Australia that is considered to be vermin due to increasing numbers.
