Template:Nihongo is a media franchise published and owned by the video game company Nintendo and created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1996. Originally released as a pair of interlinkable Game Boy role-playing video games developed by Game Freak, Pokémon has since become the second most successful and lucrative video game-based media franchise in the world, behind only Nintendo's own Mario series.[1] Pokémon properties have since been merchandised into anime, manga, trading cards, toys, books, and other media. The franchise celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2006,[2] and Template:As of, cumulative sales of the video games (including home console versions, such as the "Pikachu" Nintendo 64) have reached more than 200 million copies.[3] Should a Pyro successfully reflect a Black Box rocket in such a way that it collides with the shooter or another enemy, the health bonus will be given to the Pyro.

Update history
September 30, 2010 Patch (Mann-Conomy Update)
- The Black Box was added to the game.
- This weapon was given a unique kill icon.
- Fixed players getting set bonuses applied on tournament servers when the server is restricting the player's weapons using the item_whitelist.
- [Undocumented] Fixed players getting set bonuses applied on Medieval maps for items that are not allowed in medieval mode.
March 10, 2011 Patch (Shogun Pack)
- Updated model with optimizations and new LODs.
- Fixed players getting a health bonus based on the weapon they're currently holding instead of the weapon that dealt the killing blow.
Bugs
- Like the Direct Hit, when reloading the Soldier's hand will animate as if he's putting in rockets; however, the rockets are heard, not seen.
- Hitting multiple targets with a single rocket will heal 15 HP for each player hit, but as this all happens at the same time, the HUD healing notification will only show one +15.
- The jigglebones on the rear case cover cause it to vibrate in game.
- While reloading, it is possible to force the reload animation to loop endlessly by holding both the left and right mouse button after reloading at least one rocket.
- This weapon clips with the Soldier's right shoulder, and some hats.
Trivia
- The Black Box was originally based on the real world Template:W incendiary Rocket Launcher, the four barrel holes were swapped for one due to gameplay issues.
- Template:W was the name of an unreleased compilation of the new content in The Orange Box.
- An early concept of the Black Box shows that it originally had a scope attached to it, much like the Direct Hit.
- Black boxes (which are actually orange, so they can be found in the wreckage) are used to record what happened in the cockpit prior to a plane crash.
- The true coloring of these devices is what gave rise to the name of The Orange Box
