The Mantreads are secondary weapons for the Soldier. They are a pair of dark brown Template:W.
When equipped, the Mantreads reduce the knockback received from enemies by 75%; this does not apply to the player's own weapons and so does not impede rocket jumping. In addition, whenever the player lands on an enemy, if the fall was long enough to cause fall damage to the player, the enemy will be dealt triple the fall damage the player received. A successful land on an enemy will be indicated by a unique sound and the Soldier's view will appear to shake. The fall does not have to occur from rocket jumping in order to deliver damage.
