The Apoco-Fists are a Melee Weapon for the Heavy, received for pre-ordering the video game Saints Row: The Third. They appear as a pair of Black, Gold-lined, Diamond-studded boxing gloves with a skull emblem on each middle finger, similar to the ones worn by the character Killbane.
