There are two sorts of men in this world: the sort with blood pouring out of a hole in their heads, and the sort holding the Ambassador.
Ambassador publicity blurb

The Ambassador is an unlockable secondary weapon for the Spy. It is a large-barreled revolver with a deep red rosewood grip. Engraved on the barrel is the likeness of the Scout's mother.

The Ambassador does 15% less damage, does not apply random critical hits, and fires at a slower rate than the default Revolver, 20% slower to be exact. However, it has perfect accuracy for shots fired at slower intervals and deals critical hits on a headshot. There is a short period after firing, indicated by an enlarged crosshair in the HUD, where the Ambassador has greatly decreased accuracy and cannot deal critical damage on a headshot. Thus, the weapon is most efficient when its shots are carefully spaced out.

The Ambassador is automatically given to any player who obtains 5 Spy achievements.
