Bundles are packages of items that can be bought at the Mann Co. Store. They were first introduced in the Mann-Conomy Update, with major updates such as the Australian Christmas Update and the Über Update adding even more. Some bundles, such as the "Noise Maker Bundle", can only be purchased during holiday-themed events. Buying a bundle of items is cheaper than it would be to buy each item separately from the store.

Starter packs
The starter packs are a series of bundles released with the Über Update on June 23rd, 2011 and then updated in the Meet Your Match Update on July 7th, 2016, currently, catering towards newer players offering them a quick way to obtain weapons for the class of their choosing. All packs contain all (non-reskin) of the weapons for the said class, and one Name Tag.

Trivia
- The backpack images for The Gas Jockey's Gear, The Special Delivery, The Croc-o-Style Kit, The Tank Buster, The Saharan Spy and Polycount Pack are screenshots of a bag model. The model was not distributed in the VPK, yet the textures for each bundle are present.
- The backpack image for the Love And War Taunts Bundle are screenshots from its model. The texture was not distributed in the VPK, yet the model is present.
- The backpack image for the Meet The Medic! Bundle includes an unreleased Syringe Gun, right behind the Solemn Vow.
- This Syringe Gun bears the same design as the one from the community-made "Heavy Duty Machine" item set made by Y_M.
