Let out a brave and hearty battlecry, whilst belligerently waving your favourite sword/bottle/frying pan
Roar O'War publicity blurb

The Roar O'War is a community-created special taunt for the Demoman.

When activated, the Demoman steps with his right foot on a small pile of rocks that appears in front of him; he then pulls out his equipped melee weapon and raises it while shouting a battlecry before giving it a swing and putting it back away.

The Roar O'War was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history

October 9, 2023 Patch #1 (Scream Fortress XV)

  • The Roar O'War was added to the game.

December 7, 2023 Patch (Smissmas 2023)

  • Fixed Taunt: Roar O'War removing health after taunting with an honor bound melee weapon equipped.

Notes

  • When the taunt is initiated, the player's weapon is switched to their melee weapon. Any attributes on it (such as the Claidheamh Mòr's damage vulnerability) are applied during the taunt. Additionally, it switches to whatever weapon the player started the taunt with once it ends, meaning the Half-Zatoichi damages the wielder for 50 health or makes them unable to switch away if they are under 50 health.[1]
