The Mean Captain is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black peaked cap adorned with a demonic face emblem with glowing eyes on the front, a chain over the visor with a spike on each end, and two dark gray, curled horns.
The Mean Captain was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
