The Jumping Jester is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It gives the Scout a ruffled dress shirt, underneath the upper part of a Motley costume, with puffy sleeves, notched edges at the bottom, and adorned with team-colored stripes and trimmings.
The Jumping Jester was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
