The Headcase is a community-created special taunt for the Pyro.
When activated, the Pyro pulls out a serving platter with a lid, which the Pyro takes off and drops in a vigorous manner to reveal the decapitated head of a Heavy. The Pyro then proceeds to smell test the head, followed up with a classic "chef's kiss" movement that makes the head fall off the platter and hit the floor.
The Headcase was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- A "headcase" is a slang term for a crazy person; this can refer both to the Pyro as well as the literal head of the Heavy encased in the serving platter.
