— The Engineer
|
” |
The Frontier Justice is an unlockable primary weapon available for the Engineer. It is similar to a standard pump action Shotgun with a finely detailed section, slightly longer barrel, and large stock. Attached to it is a cylindrical battery device with an antenna.
This weapon cannot randomly deal Critical hits and has half the magazine size of the regular Shotgun. It does, however, have the ability to deal Revenge Crits. For every kill acquired by the Engineer's Sentry Gun, two of these Revenge Crits are created. A single Revenge Crit is made upon the Sentry Gun assisting in a kill. Upon the machine's destruction, the Frontier Justice is granted all of the Revenge Crits to use as actual critical attacks. This applies even if the Engineer destroys his own Sentry Gun with the PDA. The Frontier Justice is only able to store up to 35 of these Crits at one time.
Like all of the other Shotguns, the first shell will fire at least one pellet straight down the crosshair before 'bullet spread' takes effect. When random spread is disabled the pellets will land forming a three by three grid pattern.
Should the player taunt with the weapon, the Engineer will perform the Dischord taunt kill.
