The Ghoul Box is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It is a team-colored toolbox, with the number 13 written on it instead of the standard 24, mounted on the Engineer's back that is broken open. Four green tentacles are coming out, with one holding a wrench and another holding a team-colored screwdriver, and glowing yellow eyes can be seen in the toolbox's dark interior.
The Ghoul Box was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- A drawing of a rat with a halo can be found in this item's texture, the BLU texture has the drawing mirrored. In the model, the drawing is located at the very bottom from the inside of the toolbox, being nearly impossible to see in-game.
- The drawing is a tribute by one of the item's creators to their late pet rat.
