Trivia
- The Freedom Staff's description references Kofi Annan, a former Secretary-General of the United Nations.
- The Freedom Staff was originally created as a promotional item for Rome: Total War and exclusive to the Soldier. [1]
- The "ten thousand years ago" mentioned in the description is a reference to when the first hunter-gatherers reached the North American arctic region, or when precursors to the Anasazi migrated into what would become the southwest United States.
- The weapon description states that the staff tip is made of gold. However, most Roman staff tips were made of bronze and silver, not gold.
