The Punchline is a community-created special taunt for the Spy.
When activated, the Spy spins his equipped revolver on his hand and "fires" a team-colored flag with "Bang!" written on it, alongside some confetti, and emitting a party blower sound effect; he then laughs at his prank and looks at the toy gun before tossing it away and grabbing his real one from inside his suit.
The Punchline was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
