Additionally, take screenshots with the default unpainted colors with the body bodygroup disabled.
After taking all paint variant pictures, open these screenshots that were made with the body bodygroup disabled.

(Using Paint.NET for this step is highly recommended):
Carefully select around the neck area where it's not affected by the paint, and copy it.
Now paste it in all other screenshots to remove the "inside" of Medic's coat that appears around the neck.

Pictogram plus.png Tip: If your currently open image is zoomed out far away enough, and that the area you will replace is visible, the new pasted area will be placed automatically at the right spot.
Pictogram plus.png Tip: Instead of doing the selection manually again when doing the BLU team variant pictures (and the other style),
you can do the following:

  • Copy the area that you used on the RED team variations.
  • Go to the BLU team variation that you are going to copy the part to paste on all other screenshots;
  • Create a new layer, paste it, and delete this new layer.

The selection is now the same as the one you did on the RED team, now simply copy and paste to all screenshots of BLU team variants and the other style as well.

Take screenshots as normal, even with the white line being present, later on, we will make extra screenshots to fix it.
After taking the screenshots, in order to fix the white line, open medic_red.vmt and medic_blue.vmt in Notepad or Notepad++.
Replace both file's contents with:

Refresh HLMV, and take screenshots without Medic's body, but still showing the cosmetic, while retaining the same Rot and Trans values.
After taking both steps, open the screenshots that were made with the .vmt files modified, as well one of them with the line problem.

(Using Paint.NET for this step is highly recommended):
Select the area of the white line, and copy it. Go to the screenshot without the white line, create a new layer, paste it, and delete the new layer.
The selection will now be at the right place to copy it. Copy it and replace on all paint variant screenshots.
Be careful as you'll need to do this for the BLU team variants as well, which has other colors, so another batch of copy and pasting will be needed.

Take screenshots as normal, later on, we will do material changes to remove the "inside" of Medic's coat that appears around the neck area.
After taking the screenshots, in order to remove the "inside" area, open medic_red.vmt and medic_blue.vmt in Notepad or Notepad++.
