The Heat of Winter is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces the Medic's default labcoat, shirt and tie with a team-colored greatcoat which is covered by a team-colored smock, and a dark green undergarment. The greatcoat features a large collar and sleeves that partially cover the Medic's gloves, while the smock has a team-colored cross in a circle on each of its shoulders.
The Heat of Winter was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
