The Pocket-Medes is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic an Archimedes doll with black buttons for eyes. The RED version features red "patches" that imitate blood splatters.
This item has two styles, named "Pocket" and "Strap". The "Pocket" style adds the doll in a brown pocket, with a black belt with a team-colored buckle of the Medic's class emblem, to the Medic's belt, on the right side of his hip, while the "Strap" style adds the doll to the Medic's left suspender, strapped with a dark brown belt with a silver buckle.
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.
The Pocket-Medes was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
