The Colonel's Coat is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It turns the Medic's default attire into a decorated double-breasted coat which resembles that of an army officer. It also adds darker-coloured epaulettes and a high collar, two gold medals with team-colored ribbons to the front, and gold buttons. The Medic's labcoat is additionally edged with wide dark trim.
The Colonel's Coat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
