The "Oblooterated" is an action item that can only be initiated by the Demoman.
When the player presses the action button, a crate of alcohol appears underneath the right arm of the character, as well as a bottle of alcohol in his left hand. The character then raises the bottle of alcohol and cheers, which shortly subsides and results in him dropping both the crate and the bottle onto the floor.
