L'Employé du Mmmph est un objet cosmétique créé par la communauté pour le Pyro. Il donne au Pyro une casquette blanche avec des rebords à la couleur de l'équipe, similaire à celles utilisées par les cuisiniers de fast-foods. Le mot « Mmmph » est écrit et accroché sur le devant, et un logo représentant une tête de poulet est imprimé sur le côté.

L'Employé du Mmmph a été soumis au Steam Workshop.
