The Punchline is a community-created special taunt for the Spy.
When activated, the Spy spins his equipped revolver on his hand and "fires" a team-colored flag with "BANG!" written on it, alongside some confetti, and emitting a party blower sound effect; he then laughs at his prank and looks at the toy gun before tossing it away and grabbing his real one from inside his suit.
