The Rocket Jumper is a training primary weapon for the Soldier. Its appearance is identical to the Rocket Launcher.
As a training item, the Rocket Jumper fires completely harmless rockets, allowing players to freely practice rocket jumping techniques. The ammo count for the weapon is also tripled, giving the user forty extra rockets to use. Unfortunately, the Soldier's damage vulnerabilities are greatly increased, limiting its practical usage while in combat with enemy players. However, the lack of self-inflicted blast damage allows the Soldier to perform the Kamikaze taunt without gibbing himself.

- Added a 100 health penalty to the Rocket Jumper.
- The Rocket Jumper now has no max health penalty, but has damage vulnerabilities instead.
- [Undocumented] The Rocket Jumper no longer prevents self-damage from the Kamikaze kill-taunt. Also you take self damage when you explode Pumpkin Bombs.
- [Undocumented] The damage penality attribute was changed from "-100% damage done" to "-100% damage penalty".
