Target is a training map that, along with Training mode, was released with the Mac Update.
It appears to take place behind the BLU spawn in Thunder Mountain, stage one. It can be viewed from behind a pane of glass in the spawn room.
Currently, the only class which has a training course on Target is the Soldier. The goal is to complete the tutorial by following on-screen hints.
