 The Cow Mangler 5000 |

The Cow Mangler 5000 is a Rocket Launcher for the Soldier.
The weapon has the ability to fire charged shots that deal mini-crits, as well as disable buildings for 4 seconds. However, it deals less damage to buildings, and it cannot fire random critical hits. The weapon does not use ammo. The weapon can be fired five times before the Soldier has to reload the weapon. The Soldier reloads the weapon via pumping a handle on the side of the weapon. Each pump reloads one charge.
