“ | Can you believe the Sniper found an old bolt action rifle, a long piece of metal, some bolts, one half of a binocular and a military grade laser sight, ALL for just under three dinars?
— Bazaar Bargain publicity blurb

The Bazaar Bargain is a community-created primary weapon for the Sniper. It is a long ornately carved rifle with a small circular sight attached to a long rod, secured with golden straps. It has a curved stock with a golden recoil pad and a laser sight attached under the barrel.
This weapon features a specific bonus attuned to headshots. At the bottom-right of the screen, there is a head counter very similar to the Demoman's Eyelander. Upon spawning, the headshot counter is set to 0. As such, the zoomed charge rate of the weapon is 50% less than that of the Sniper Rifle. Upon the player successfully scoring a headshot kill, the charge rate of the next shot taken will be 25% faster.
Subsequent headshots will increase the charge rate by 25% increments, until the bonus caps out at 6 headshots, at which the weapon will have a 100% faster charge rate than the default Sniper Rifle.
As an added advantage, if the player kills an enemy Demoman wielding the Eyelander, Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker or Nessie's Nine Iron, a Soldier wielding the Air Strike, a Sniper wielding the Bazaar Bargain or a Medic wielding the Vita-Saw, the player recives an amount of heads relative to the kills or organs stored by an item, of the enemy player.
This item was previously tested in the Team Fortress 2 Beta as the Beta Sniper Rifle 1.
