The Bazaar Bargain is a primary weapon for the Sniper. It will be released with the Über Update.
Successfully scoring a headshot increases the charge rate of the next shot of the weapon. On the other hand, taking body shots lengthens the charge time, and missing a shot completely clears the bonus.
This item was previously tested in the Team Fortress 2 Beta as the Beta Sniper Rifle 1.
Update history
- The item was added with the following stats:
- On Hit: Rifle charge rate increased by 35%
- On Miss: Rifle charge rate decreased by 65%
- Bonus structure changed
- 25% charge rate bonus on bodyshot
- 45% charge rate bonus on headshot
- 65% charge rate penalty on miss
- The charge rate now resets to default upon death
- The charge rate is now unaffected by shots fired while unzoomed
Trivia
- According to GreenMarine, the Bazaar Bargain has an unlisted downside: -20 charge before any headshots are made. [1]
- The Bazaar Bargain has similarities to the Template:W. Specifically the stock, the wooden structure and the patterns. [1]
