The Cow Mangler 5000 is a rocket launcher for the Soldier.
The weapon has the ability to fire charged shots that deal mini-crits, as well as disable buildings for 4 seconds. However, it deals less damage to buildings, and it cannot fire random critical hits. The weapon does not use ammo.
