The Rocket Jumper is a training primary weapon for the Soldier Class. It is identical to the Rocket Launcher.
The purpose of this weapon is to allow players to practice Rocket jumping techniques along with wall jumping and shortcuts . It therefore does absolutely no damage whatsoever, both self-inflicted and to enemy players, Critical hits or not, and provides 200% additional rockets to use. The Rocket Jumper can be used in standard online play, although it is advised not to do so.
Trivia
- With this weapon equipped, it is possible to survive the Kamikaze taunt of the Equalizer; the player will only suffer fall damage from being launched into the air.
- While this taunt does no damage to the Soldier, it still inflicts the normal amount of damage to enemies.
- This item was added in Polycount and can be bought for £0.29, €0,49 or 49¢
- This item can also be crafted using the standard Soldier token + primary token + scrap metal recipe.
