If you know me, you know how I role. Playing to enoy the game, not to make people rage (although they do). I run a TF2 24 Player Payload/CP Server called NeoGamersView. We also have our own Steam Community, Forum, and soon to be Website. GO NGV!
Spy is my favourite and best class, as I am known around TF2 for my spying. I currently have over 200 hours as Spy. Now, most people think that I'm a newby for just starting mid-2009. WELL... I'm just gonna give you a little tip. I started playing TF2 over PS3 the month it came out in 2007, so no, I am not a newb. Infact, I'm recognized as an awesome and fun player around most servers, as before I created NGV, I used to "server hop".

Here's a bunch of information for you guys regarding to how I play each individual class. Just as a heads-up, I generally play my "Top 5 Classes" as I do play Spy. As a veteran of PS3, I have mastered the game. As well, all of my classes are equipped with the Earbuds, so they will not be mentioned. Enjoy.
Class | Primary | Secondary | Melee | Hat | Reasoning |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Scout |
Scattergun |
Pistol |
Sandman |
Alien Swarm Parasite |
Scout is my 5th best class, being one of the 5 classes I actually enjoy using. When it comes to playing Scout, I'm generally an aid more than a force, although when needed I can hold out myself. When it comes to general combat, I use the Scattergun alongside my trusty Pistol. With skill in aiming while moving, I will win the majority of 1 on 1 fights. Now for the Sandman, almost 90% of the time I save it for aiding teammates or when in a multi-player brawl. I do use the Sandman Bat alone for melee, but the ball is strictly for the purpose written above. |
Soldier |
Rocket Launcher |
Gunboats |
Equalizer |
Soldier, being tied for my 3rd best class (alongside Pyro), is one of my two top tier classes that is classified as "destruction". As you can see, I am a Gunboat Soldier (originally Buff Banner, but switched once I went back to Rocket Jumping). Now, I'm no ordinary Rocket Jumper you see, I can move around the map in the blink of an eye.. I have mastered all methods of the Rocket Jump, ranging from the Wall Climb, to the Pogo. The Rocket Launcher is used since it is a better weapon for Rocket Jumping, and for it destrcutive damage. With it, I fire off confusing shots so that the enemy will not be able to predict a pattern. I use the Equalizer for mutilple scenarios. When doing long range rocket jumps, I can quickly take out the Equalizer and hit the enemy. When it comes to melee combat though, Don't Mess! My quick speed and dodging techniques make it a valuable weapon in my arsenal. Lastly, Medics and Me. I actually Rocket Jump to my Medics instead of asking them to come to me, thus preventing the danger of them dying. As well, I prefer to nto stick with Medics, only asking for overheals. | |
Pyro |
Flamethrower |
Flare Gun |
Axtinguisher |
Respectless Rubber Glove |
Now for ze Pyro. Tied with Soldier for my 3rd best class, he is considered to be my other class that is known as "destruction". Obvious use of the Flamethrower, but with a twist. Ask me to spam/spy check and I will not. I purely use it for the small flame that can put an enemy on fire. Once he is, airblast and Axetinguish. The only times I will actually hold down M1 is when there is a DR Spy who has caught fire after cloaking. With my Flare Gun, I will almost always hit my target, even from long distances. Now for the "destrcution" portion. When I am teamed up with a Medic, we are almost an invincible team, and will win the game the majority of the times. Now, you might think "oh, of course you'll do better with a Medic". Well, when I get a Medic, I tend to go a bit crazy and my skills amp up by like 5x or something ridiculous liek that. The Medic will rarely die, if not at all. GO TEAM! |

Jarate |
Kukri |
Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative |
Woohoo, Sniper, Ya! Sniper being my 2nd best class in TF2, and a definite leader of any team. As Sniper, I tend to slip away from normal sniping ways, as I play mid to frontline, meaning, yes, I Quick Scope. Almost all my quick scopes are a guaranteed hit, but not a quaranteed kill. If a class if overhealed, or has health above the 150mark, they will not have an instant death. That's when the follow up quick scope or no scope comes into play. I will generally save hard scopes for Heavies and Soldiers, which will be insta-death. I tend to aim for the most threatening classes at the time and place. Meaning it could be any class, so watch your faces. Since I tend to not play in the backlines, I use Jarate, but differently than other players do. I save it for extinguishing teammates, and aiming for threats (large number of enemies or individual high health classes), and let my teammates take care of the rest. The Kukri is used for all my close combat needs, and is a deadly killing machine. |
Spy |
Ambassador |
Invisibility Watch |
Knife |
Frenchman's Beret |
Now ya see, hiding won't save you. Known as the best around many servers and amongst my friends list, my Spy abilities rank above any other player, thus obviously being my best class. If you ask anyone that knows me or has heard of me, they will instantly mention Spy. My wide range of techniques and skills of this class make me one fo the most dangerous players in the game. Since I came from PS3, I have mastered the use of the Invisi Watch, as few people have. When I first switched over to PC, I used the DR and was just as equal as a force as I am with the Invisi. My friends convinced me to return to Invisi Watch Mid-June 2010, as the majority of them at the time had yet to see how I play with it. Well, now they know. I am everywhere in a map. Always moving, but never seen (whether disquised or invisible), I can move from area to area leaving enemies to wonder where I am killing their teammates. Now, I'm not gonna go through the techniques I use, since I base aroud scenario. But what I will say is that I have my own set of techniques with the Spy that very few people live to see. With the Ambassador, headshots are everywhere. Since I mastered quick scope and no scope with Sniper, I almost always hit my target, but that's if I am moving. If I'm still, insta-shot. I will not reveal the way I play Spy to the community, as only my close friends know how I role. This is just a little heads up for that if we are ever in the same server, be prepared for blood. This will be the last time you see me, huhuhuh.... |
