Item sets, depending on the set, may apply new attributes to the wearer when all the items in a set are equipped, altering the role of the class slightly. The Scout has item sets, all of which are listed below.

- Melee – Holy Mackerel: Getting hit by a fish has got to be humiliating.
- Headwear – Milkman: A headwear item for the Scout.
