The Thirst Blood is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It removes the Scout's default headgear and replaces it with a team-colored headband with medium length brown hair, with strands or tufts at the front that move around. A cut is also present on the Scout's right cheek.
The Thirst Blood was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
