The Tools of the Tourist are a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces the Scout's default backpack with a team-colored bag, with a team-colored bottle of sunscreen lotion, a team-colored towel sticking out and a camera hanging from it. The camera, the bag's zipper and the towel move with the player's movements.
The Tools of the Tourist were contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Tools of the Tourist with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.
