The Speedster's Spandex is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces the Scout's default t-shirt with gold-trimmed team-colored futuristic outfit and adds a superhero-themed round emblem on his chest.
The Speedster's Spandex was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- Spandex or elastane is a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity. Spandex fiber has been incorporated into a wide range of garments, especially in skin-tight garments like sportswear.
- The Speedster's Spandex's name and design both reference the Flash, a fictional superhero appearing in comic books by DC Comics, also called "The Scarlet Speedster".
- The term "Speedster" in DC comics refers to any character with powers similar to the Flash, and is usually a Flash sidekick or villain.
