The Wing Mann is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a brown beanie, shaped to resemble a prepared (i.e., cooked) chicken, with "drumsticks" attached to the sides. There is a logo depicting a chicken's head emblazoned on the front of the item.
The Wing Mann was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
