(apsaps eyelids move)
(Added the latest patch's fix, removed past tense (promo's still live), and did a bit of rewording too. Strangely, the Ap-Sap can't be renamed. That surely be a bug.)

Wheatley on successful sapping

The Ap-Sap is a Sapper replacement for the Spy. It is a flattened Wheatley core. It also has voice lines that are activated upon certain circumstances such as deploying a Sapper, death, and more. The eyelid of the Ap-Sap sometimes moves.

This weapon functions exactly the same way as the Sapper.

The Ap-Sap is awarded in Genuine quality to players who opened a What's in the Portal 2 Soundtrack Box?, which was given to players who purchased the Portal 2: Songs to Test By CD as a bonus.
