Your Eternal Reward is an unlockable, community-made weapon added in the Polycount Update that replaces the Spy's Knife. It appears as a long, ornate dagger. Landing an attack on an enemy's back will backstab them, killing the target in one hit and disguising the Spy instantaneously as the target. The target will not scream in pain as they usually do from a backstab and their corpse will fade away almost instantly, as if they are cloaking, giving the illusion that the Spy is taking their place. The disguise is so fast that Sentry Guns won't target the Spy who backstabbed the enemy. When used in conjunction with the rest of the Saharan Spy pack, the noise of decloaking will be reduced by 25% making it a good idea to use this weapon with the others, as the player will rely on their Cloak quite a bit.

Damage

• Base: 40 (28-54 damage)
• Mini-Crit: 54
• Critical hit: 120, but only during Humiliation, charged via Kritzkrieg or during Crit boost given after capturing the Intelligence.
• Backstab: 600% of the enemy's current health resulting in an instant kill if stabbed in the back (An arc of approximately 180° behind the player model).

Item set

This item is part of the Saharan Spy set. When the entire set is worn, the set provides these additional stats:

• Reduced decloak sound volume
• 0.5 sec longer Cloak blink time

Trivia

• Currently, if you are disguised as an enemy with Your Eternal Reward, you cannot switch your disguise weapon. This may be either be a feature or a bug.
• Although the weapon is supposed to kill an enemy silently, you can still see the kill icon on the kill feed. Careful players should watch for this (e.g, if your Medic suddenly dies).
• If you return to the Resupply Locker you will lose any disguise you have acquired using Your Eternal Reward.
• Backstabbing a Scout that is using Bonk! Atomic Punch will disguise you as the Scout, even though the Scout does not die.
  • Also you will disguise as a Sniper after backstabing one wearing a Razorback
    • The same applies for all ubercharged characters, they will not be killed but the Spy will still be disguised.
• The name is a reference to a scene in the 1992 film Aladdin.

• This is furthered by the entry's description mentioning the phrases "Phenominal[sic] Cosmic Power" and "Diamond in the Rough", both of which are used in the movie
• Before the item was released, Robin Walker joked that the Eternal Reward's drawback would be that it cannot facestab.
• This is the first unlock that removes an item from a class.
• When pulling out the Your Eternal Reward you can still hear the switch-blade sound effect of the Knife opening up.
• If you die after switching your weapon from Your Eternal Reward to the default knife, it may trigger a bug where you can not respawn until you swap classes.

	The Man From P.U.N.C.T.U.R.E. Stab an enemy while Fencing.		The Man with the Broken Guns Backstab an Engineer, then sap 3 of his buildings within 10 seconds.
	Triplecrossed Backstab 3 Snipers in a single life.		Wetwork Stab an enemy to death while under the influence of Jarate.
	You Only Shiv Thrice Backstab 3 enemies within 10 seconds.
