Scout	Shortstop	Pistol	Holy Mackerel	Troublemaker's Tossle Cap	Earbuds	I use the Shortstop because it's a mini-Natascha, with good stats, there's no real reasons to not use it. The Pistol helps to finish targets, but the Mad Milk is also usefull when there's no Medic/Medipacks (i.e in Arena), and the Crit-A-Cola is perfect against a group of players, i.e in Payloads maps. I use the Holy Mackeral because...it's funny to kill people with a fish! It's like the Bat with more fun.
Soldier	Rocket Launcher	Shotgun	Equalizer	Lumbricus Lid	Earbuds	The splash dammage of the Rocket Launcher is better for players who can't aim targets - me. The Shotgun is very usefull in a duel, because of its power at short range. And the Equalizer...why not? It's a perfect weapon.
Pyro	Flamethrower	Shotgun	Powerjack	Respectless Rubber Glove	Mercenary	The airblast of the Flamethrower is very usefull, and i hate hiding myself just to kill someone from behind. The Shotgun is usefull in more cases than the Flare Gun (but it's fun to kill Snipers with the Flare Gun.). And the Powerjack...i don't know. I just love this weapon.
Demoman	Grenade launcher	Stickybomb Launcher	Bottle	Tippler's Tricorne	Mercenary	I'm an offensive Demoman, so i don't need 14 stickies, 8 is enough. The Bottle and his +25HP is good, you can do more StickyJumps with that. And... i hate playing as a Demoknight.
Heavy	Minigun	Sandvich	Fists	Towering Pillar of Hats	Mercenary	Nothing to explain, the base stuff is good, and the Sandvich is usefull for teammates and when there's no medikits. And POW, HAHA
Engineer	Frontier Justice	Wrangler	Gunslinger	Hotrod	Earbuds	I'm an offensive Engineer. That means i need to build Sentries fast (instead of building more than 1), and control them with the Wrangler, because of the fire rate, the shield, and just because i want to kill who i want. The Frontier Justice is great if you're skilled enough to kill someone with the Mini-Sentries, but 2 crits is not enough. I need more crits to kill the ennemy/to run away. ...But, in most of the cases, the Shotgun is better. I use both. And, of course, in defense, i use my so-called "Golden Wrench". Because i love trolling people with that.
Medic	Syringe Gun	Medigun	Ubersaw	Towering Pillar of Hats	Mercenary	Nothing to say here. The Ubersäw is just very usefull. Maybe overpowered. I use the Vita-Saw and the Kritzkrieg in Arena. Fast-builded crit Ubercharge incomming!
Sniper	Huntsman	Submachine Gun	Tribalman's Shiv	Bloke's Bucket Hat	Earbuds	This is just my Loadout for the offensive Sniper. It's easier to aim with the Huntsman at short range, and the SMG helps to finish targets. The Tribalman's too. In defense, i'm using Sniper Rifle/Jarate/Kukri. The Kukri has a high crit-on-hit chance, and the Jarate is usefull for teammates.
Spy	Ambassador	Dead Ringer	Eternal Reward	Towering Pillar of Hats	Mercenary	Depending of the situation, i'm using the Dead Ringer or the Cloak & Dagger. Both are usefull. The Revolver is more powerfull, but headshooting Snipers with the Ambassador is also very fun, it makes people rage. The Eternal Reward is very usefull for tricking people, thanks to the instant disguise and victim's corpse hidding. I think the Ambassador + Dead Ringer + Eternal Reward is a good choice for an offensive Spy.
