The Special Delivery is an item set for the Scout. It was contributed as part of the Polycount contest and added to the game in the Mann-Conomy Update.
The set includes the following items:
- Shortstop, a primary weapon;
- Mad Milk, a secondary weapon;
- Holy Mackerel, a melee weapon;
- Milkman, a headwear item.
Equipping all four of these items allows players to leave a calling card on their victims.
