The Buy A Life is an Action taunt for the Spy.
When the player selects it from the taunt menu, the Spy will bring out a wad of Mann Co. dollars from his suit pocket whilst saying a voice line, while taking a few dollars out of the wad and throwing them in front of him and putting the wad back in his suit pocket before returning to his default position.
