The Amputator is a melee weapon for the Medic, similar in appearance to the Bonesaw but with a more distinctive handle. When one taunts with the Amputator, all other players nearby get healed 108 hitpoints, displayed with the same effects as the Buff Banner or Battalion's Backup. The healing does not count towards the ÜberCharge percentage.

It is included in the Medieval Medic set.
