The Coldfront Commander is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a team-colored helmet with the Medic's class emblem on each side, a visor with a dark lens, and a white cloth that covers the majority of the Medic's face. It also replaces the Medic's shirt and tie with a turtleneck sweater.
The Coldfront Commander was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
