Oktobertfest refers to the Kritzkrieg taunt where the Medic puts his face up to the barrel of his weapon and inhales deeply. This taunt heals the Medic for 11 health. Like all taunts it can be used during humiliation. You can still heal an ally while performing it if the player has selected the 'Medi Gun heal after release' option. Performing the taunt, however, does not contribute to the ÜberCharge meter.
Oktoberfest is best used when the player is alone and taking passive damage, on fire or bleeding for example, when natural health regeneration is too slow.
