The Bonesaw is the default melee weapon for the Medic. It is a worn, large-toothed medical saw with a thick grey handle, similar to those that were once used during operations and amputations.
While similar to all melee weapons, the Bonesaw is especially useful for taking out Spies that may be attempting to backstab the player's healing target. Its critical hit animation is a swift forward thrust.
