The Manmelter is a secondary weapon for the Pyro. It was released in the Australian Christmas 2011 update.
Like other Dr. Grordbort weapons, the weapon fires unreflectable energy blasts that do not require ammo. It also has the ability to extinguish teammates - doing so stores a guarenteed crit for later, similar to the Frontier Justice or Diamondback.
This item was named the "Manmelter 3600 ZX" in promotional materials from the TF2 blog and Weta Workshop.
